I believe Ruka might be a mistranslation of Luka - like what's happened several times before with names like Levi and the guy in Hidoukou Shinade
but I didn't see anything like him behaving like a possessive boyfriend. It seemed the opposite to me
not possessive in the physical sense, but more in a broader sense. he didn't know about the other dude's mother's condition and that's completely alright maybe he wanted to keep it from him, it's his personal matter. ruka just burst out when he heard about it as if he Must know everything that goes on in his life, despite him claiming that they're not lovers. kinda odd
Idk tho, Ruka is a legit Japanese name, there's a dude on the Japanese reality TV show Terrace House called Ruka and he's incredibly handsome/pretty

I got the impression that Luka pretty much doesn't know anything. I could be wrong... but it seems like if Taisei is only coming over once a month to f*** Luka might be missing a few lil details. LOL.
