I read a comment once that this novel already at ch.700++ yet I see only ch.194.

Is the ch.700 in raw or translate??

    No. As far as I know the raws are just up to 500+. That means we have 300+ chapters left and the novel's climax will prolly out in new year of 2020 if we assume that there'll be no interventions.
