She might have also gotten the idea when Sasha asked her is she knew the novel, which is how she got the idea of there actually being an origin story. But I was thinking that maybe whoever is the reincarnator close to Lilith might have poisoned her mother to move things along and get the ending they want. I don't think Lilith is a reincarnatior. I think maybe someone around her is, since she didn't react to the name of the novel but seemed triggered by the phrase "original story". Though that doesn't explain her weird behavior at the ball. I guess we'll see ╮(￣▽￣)╭
