Exactly. I thought hyunsung would be bat shit crazy at the end because of how fucked up the things hyuk did to him-- but nah. They're lovey dovey now. And the comments from the other readers who glorify their relationship, they really make me sick to the stomach.
Sorry but.... why would anyone find this so touching or cute that they cried? Which part of this is cute??? Hyunsung was traumatized so much he nearly killed himself and there are people who find it cute that he stayed with his abuser???
The story started out interesting but the conclusion is just like other toxic bl mangas out there. Like.... why put a "fluffy" scene like that at the end? It would be more realistic if they ended up together in a very toxic, very dark and abusive relationship, because that's what they are. Hyuk stalked, blackmailed, raped and traumatized hyunsung, while hyunsung had stockholm syndrome. They both only stay with each other because of codependency--why paint it as something sweet?????
And why would anyone want to be in hyunsung's shoes, i can never understand.
Stop glorifying toxic and unhealthy relationship, folks.
