If anyone can help, there’s this one Yaoi or Shounen Ai, but I can’t remember, that has these two guys and they both have a heart disease where hearts pop up on their bodies whenever they see their crush - or something. One has the heart disease first and finds out the other partner has it too. I don’t remember much except the heart disease. I’m looking in my lists and “already read” list but I cannot find it!!
