I am sure I am not the only person who noticed it . In the art with Constance and Scarlet leaning against each other, both of them have similar hair pieces. Scarlet has a red roses with a maroon bow and Constance has a white rose with a blue bow. I feel like the hair pieces mean something. Constance is very innocent and the colors blue and white are seen as innocent colors put together. Scarlet I haven't seen enough of her to tell who she really is unlike Constance who is really easy to see through. The color red can mean many things but its commonly used for evil or tainted people. That might be why scarlet has red roses because she has done some pretty evil shit. Finally! a true villainess!!

Emmm she gives more of a mean girl vibe rather than being a true villain. In the latest chapter all the things she mentioned that she did were mean but they weren't evil.
I think it could represent that despite how diffrent they are, they have things in common e.g. the whole being framed thing.
