Well, i agree with you. I got tired with this story bcs they had sex all the time, like all the time. Its like 75% = sex and 25% = story. But i still wanna know how its ended. i think the main idea of the story isnt that bad. But as you alr said, the author needs to explain more things about each character. And tho it wasnt the best ending, however it still sweeten my mood for a bit.
the sex scenes felt so mentally straining ngl. i had to skip it a few times just to get through the story. ig it did good in showing what a toxic relationship is and how certain situations affect a person's personality growing up(?)
i had high hopes for the storyline and ending of this webtoon and i ended up disappointing myself in the process. i love the artstyle and all but the whole plot just made me angry. yule's character did a great job at pissing me off but there's certain things abt him that's very unclear. I wish the author put more information regarding his whole persona and why he's the way he is. that goes for yule's brother and sister as well. besides yule, i also hated donghyuk. imagine this, the person he used to be with and (hopefully) truly loved ends up sacrificing himself and his sanity to free him and that person who saved him ends up being raped so many times. and when that person comes back to him he invites him to his home and you know what he says "i got hard when i watched you get raped" (that's probably not the exact words but the gist is the same). that was just plain disgusting. His character disgusts me. And the ending of this whole webtoon is lacking. the poor mc didn't get the ending he deserved. although the author did a great job at stirring negative emotions out of me so i'll give them that. but i definitely won't be reading this again. i hope people would stop thinking that THIS webtoon is some love story bc this shit isnt. it's about abuse, manipulation, trauma, vulnerability and probably mental illness. so don't go thinking, even for a second, that this whole webtoon is abt romance.
