They're not arrested because even in Korea, LGBT community got rights. It is accepted, just really reallyyyyyyy not seen in a good eye by everyone, but it's slowly changing.
And as to why you wouldn't see a lot of people in korea act like couples in the street and all is because they're no anti-discrimination law to protect people from the LGBT community. ╥﹏╥

They are very much Chinese, Cheng Jiamu and Huo Yi are common in China while names Such as Park Teamin or Min Sooha are more common in Korea. And in China LGBT definitely isn’t accepted by the masses and looked pretty down up on.
I want to think it's mostly Huo Yi's influence. I mean, there'd be definitely an uproar if two of the most popular AND quite rich men got arrested after coming out before all the viewers. Although the "ideal world" thing is playing the role too :c

maybe but I doubt influence is enough to save you from be arrested by doing "bad" things in public eyes that can "harm" the public. I don't like those views, but it this kind of stupid homophobic country. they would have never just gone home after this no matter what the public wants, has sad and stupid it is.
