Ah Qian already appeared a few times, he's the barman at the bar where Yezi (the main character of the 1st couple) work.
They appeared together while they were with the other characters during their trip to the hot springs in Ch47, 48.... (but it seems like this happens way after the current chapter as they're pretty much already together here)
