i think it was a shoujo oneshot (not sure), and there were twins, one twin had a lover, the other twin also liked him. They were suppose to marry but the lover got into a accident and went blind so the 1st twin left him and the 2nd pretended to be the 1st. The lover got his sight back but married the 2nd twin in the end, pls help!
