But from what I've heard about the eggs in Japan is that even eat raw eat with hot rice.
It seems to also be a common dish so, I'm sure that it's the normal for Japanese people to not get salmonella from eggs.
I heard that they put in the cold or something, so that they can eat it raw, it’s just that I care so much about those two
Can’t they like get a salmonella or an infection from doing that
