I think the problem most people have with her saying no is that she also loves him. She doesn't want to admit it to herself because she's afraid it's only temporary for him and he'll throw her away when meeting 'his fated person' since that's the original storyline.
She was in fan love with him even before she arrived into this world.
Ibelina’s POV is that she came here to help ale from a sad end, but everyone keeps reminding her how his special attention towards her is a problem for his future and his status blah blah and the selfless loving care giving Ibee just ups and leaves.

Look I love Alejandro but people should stop saying Ibelina should say yes just cause he's in love with her.
She clearly doesnt see him that way and even if she does, she doesnt want to because of the consequences of a powerful noble falling in love with a maid.
A lot of people in the comment section should take a chill pill and understand that relationships should be equal and love isnt the answer to everything.
