Is going the same path as MC realistic in real life?

Dermatology in itself is a pretty profitable profession, it does require years of medical school still though, so if you think you can make it, good luck :3! On the other hand, real estate requires you to know the economy(? Not rlly sure of the word). It requires a thorough understanding to make a profit, and even so there’s still chances t might fail... so if you wanna be a investor, I’d say do it as a part time job, it’s volatile
