Artstyle: Personally, it's not the best but it eventually grew on me and became one of this manhwa's "charm.
Story: Pretty "slice of life" but involving male impregnation.
Overall: Aside from the "rape" part, personally, this manhwa is pretty nice, shows the domestic life of a couple. You might find the Seme too manipulative/controlling/stalkery but honestly, some people are just too harsh on him but since each person is different, you might find him unlikeable too so you do you boo.
It's a totally sweet story. They're all main character. The seme knows that the uke has special feeling for him, so he decided to force the uke which is rape. However, the seme is really scary, he's possesive (we call it YANDERE), but he treats the uke softly.
The seme's possesive behavior will be explained in the later chapters near the ending. It's sad
