You still can get protein from milk, egg, nuts, soy, etc? And like lil nightmare said, insects. Maybe he just eat me somewhere put of panels since we seen him having dinner with the girl before. (i forgot what he's eating tho)
Well when Legosi was eating plant based protein during or after training I think Gouhin rejected it saying all he needed was bamboo, which is why I doubt his diesel muscles xD
Personally I find it horseshit when Gouhin claims he got diesel off bamboo... muscles are literally made out of protein...
Correct me if Im wrong but I think Gouhin actually needs protein to get as jacked as he is (⊙…⊙ )
