Simple. "commoner girl" talk like that to "Superior guy" when she does not see herself as "commoner" or him as "superior", or simply doesn't care. But in this case I reckon it's the first option since in her time she was no commoner, but closer to some type of "noble". I mean it, seems to make sense, to me, with the time lapses, and her original personality and upbringing.
the conversation and interaction between characters are kind of bland.
None of the 3 mains seem like they have much ambition/interest or passion about anything. Also the interaction between the younger brother and the main girl was kind of absurb - how can a commoner girl talks to a superior person like that?
The beginning got me interested but as the story goes I am finding it a bit monotone.
