Honestly I kinda like her, but I her innocence and how she’s hanging around Claude is what everybody hates about her
That’s just so sad some people just expect jenette to be a bad b*tch so they can hate on her, they need to hate on someone so bad that they don’t intend to understand the story of the side character’s like at some point it looked like athy was and will always be the one and the only one who is pitiful
Totaly agree with mao's comment. I personally don't hate Janette that much BUT she really irritates me. Like A LOT. Janette, although poor she is for being secluded and used by that Mr. Whitey, is a very selfish person. The fact that her "beloved" sister is forgotten by her father and that her father's health is obviously not well do not bother Janette that much. All she can think of is how happy she is for finally being able to have a family. In short, she is only thinking of herself. Her own satisfaction. That shws how selfish Janette is. That's why many people dislike her.
She's entirely innocent throughout all this and is being manipulated by Mr White and Edgy Claude. She was raised sheltered and told that Claude and Anastasia were her family.
If any of you guys are going to hate anyone, hate Mr White or Edgy Claude. But you probably aren't able to because what? They're too hot? So instead you put all the blame on a girl who doesn't even know that she's being manipulated?
