Athy is following Jeanette around right? So Claude was able to fall asleep because he feels Athy's presence, he just doesn't notice. So the moment Jeanette left, so did Athy, therefore her presence left and Claude woke up. Could be wrong. Anyone?

Damn, well if that’s true, that’s dangerous... he’ll think that Jeanette’s presence is relaxing him when it’s actually Athy’s :/
