I think a lot of people are confused about the current raw and orgy scene. I'm talking about the people that get mad that Seungho left Nakyum after he got sick. There was surely a reason for it.. I see confusement, guilt and irritation in his face, giving the hint that he doesn't know how to act around Nakyum anymore. To cool his head down, he went to the orgy (group sex) which is definetely to keep his mind from Nakyum. But as you can see from the pages, it didn't last long so Seungho left quite early. After he left, the nobles kept talking about Seunghos change. So obviously there was something on his mind..

All in one, our boy didn't cheat on our uke after he was done with him. It's more like a stress relief and I'm sure on the next chapters he will care about Nakyum more since sex appearantly doesn't work.

That's my opinion.
