I really don't think he's pregnant. The usual logic is that the omega has to be in heat for that to happen. Just because he was filled up far more than usual doesn't mean that he's pregnant. As far as plot goes it's possible, but not guaranteed. Depending on what the creator has up their sleeve both pregnant or not pregnant are viable options. But I don't want to speculate, because you never know what a story teller has up their sleeve. It will be interesting to find out.

Love is an illusion has a great concept. I really liked the accidental pregnancy in that manga. The only reason I stopped reading it is because I HATED the omega. This one had a falling in love with your enemy concept which I enjoyed. Now that the omega knows and acknowledge him as his boyfriend, I want them to fight to stay together and fight off everyone that tries to stand in their way like that sexy new alpha at work. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
Pregnancy is like the finalization of a relationship imo.

That's what I'm hoping for. Typically the omega needs to in heat to get pregnant. They are the oven so the need to preheat to start cooking. But every omegaverse is different. I also don't like children in mangas. Maybe because they make children unnaturally smart/wise to fit their story. I work with children so I know there's no way in hell they really talk/think like that.
I don't want him to be pregnant yet. I feel like I'm the only one that feels that way. I want their relationship to grow some more, they just started dating. I want to see them being official before they have children. For the love of God take the morning after pill!
