I think the black haired dude that reminds everybody of Claude is claudes brother (whatever his name was) but his hair and eyes turned black cuz he lost all of his own magic (Mebbe trying to save himself or something) but can still obtain it thru other means cuz of the chapter, I think, after the debut ball when he was on the roof, he had a pain in his chest and said “I need more magic” (or something like that)

Jeez I’m not saying she should help her and and be friends that care for each other, I just meant it in the sense that jenette is trying to “be” with Claude as his daughter (idk how I should say this.... (￣∇￣") .....…..... idk if this makes more sense or if I’m just repeating myself....
jennette's under the impression claude is her father right? (and no one publicly knows about claudes amnesia besides maybe mr white and that anastaius dude) of course she is happy he's not coldly rejecting her anymore and wants to connect with him as his "daughter"
I see some people who call this as jennette is being selfish because of athy current situation with claude, but she can feel sorry for her and BE happy for herself at the same time. in the same way athy can feel bad for claude rejecting jennette, despite knowing jennete just wants a family but be satisfied with her own happy life. it doesnt make them selfish to be self interested is what I'm saying. (づ￣ ³￣)づ they aren't all that different from each other really.
personally I think its enough that jennete is hiding athy from mr white and claude without asking athy any questions (she might otherwise have to lie or think of some excuse for because she cant tell jettie the full situation) shes used to not asking questions about other people. athy's magic for example, she made no comment on it which was weird.

But I kinda think jenette should just kinda stay out of athanasias way, if ya get what I’m saying. Cuz factually, she isn’t even his daughter, she’s his niece. And athanasia, from her troubles with how much magic she had and that Lucas kept on having to get rid of excess magic that she accumulates. Jenette, in my opinion seems kinda naive when it comes to people and how to correctly deal with any kinda of situation like this, and since there also is the problem now with the fact that Claude can’t remember the past 9 years (only the years that he has been with athanasia) and I don’t think anybody but the people in the palace know that. Even if this isn’t a question of blood, like not looking for an heir or whatever, I still think jenette doesn’t have the kind of authority to butt in.... I kinda rambled but if I wanted to say somethin ╮(￣▽￣)╭
