Searching for manga

So the main character has small pupils, and then the seme accidentally gives a embarrassing love letter to MC because he has a similar name. So the seme gives the love letter because he helped him before when he lost his glasses so he cant really see who helped him so someone near him tells him the name who helped him (which was the MC). But seme misleads MC for another person who has a similar name
