Nope, you play it on Safari/Google on ur phone, just use the link that was on the "Thank u for reading" page on the latest update, and no, it's not translated sadly :(
the game's actually fucking fun and its fully voiced, they don't show the smut as it happens offscreen (though you hear the voices), you only get to play at least 2-3 episodes per day as you only have 3 tickets. You can also get costumes for your lil Karino & Azusa, and the two other couples. You can only play the game on mobile, and you need an Ameba account or a LINE account ^^
