I don't remember if this manga was yaoi or shoujo (probably yaoi)
The guy was from a family where everyone was beautiful except for him (he is averege), so he feels like he is not really part of the family because when the go out people always say that he doesn't look like them.
I remember that he was the favorite of his brothers (everyone in his family love him very much) and that his little sister was really pretty but almost never speak because everyone in the family gave her everything she ask before she ask it, so she had dificulties speaking her mind.
At the end we see the MC was, popular in his on way(?) because he was really nice... and that is what I remember... ring any bells?
