This last chapter had a quick mention on how “higher ups” (aka senpai/sunbae) will treat their “subordinates” (aka kohai/hoobaes) well when they’re in their place (aka doing worse than themselves) but act worse if they’re “overachievers”.
And her crush is her sunbae/senpai and her picture was chosen to win an award he applied for (aka she overachieved).
