Looking for a manga...

It's an old one shot from a collection of one shots. Story starts with a new high school couple on a date. The guy is afraid of heights but pretends to be fine with riding the ferris wheel. They part ways in front of the girl's house where she gets hit by a car that a stalker drives in. She gets into a coma for several years wherein her parents give up on her halfway through and the guy promises to take care of the expenses. She wakes up from the coma and sees her boyfriend unaged. A relative she doesn't know takes her home claiming the death of her family. She is suspicious of the relative and becomes more so because of how he acts like breaking mirrors and such. It turns out in the end that the relative was her boyfriend and the one she thought was her boyfriend was a nephew. She wasn't aware of how long she remained in coma and never saw her reflection in mirrors.
