no, as in, literally this the official published english version on tapas for Team Hitman. The translators didnt give dios fam italian names, they were already that way
no like when tapas releases an english version of a webtoon they frequently change the names of the characters from the original korean names. like james's name isnt actually james its like jeong bowon or something. so dio and lucciola's names are probably something else as well
i know this isnt the time, but i still cant get over the fact that the translators of this webtoon decided to give dio and his family italian names for some reason
