I don't think hell is strictly for torture in this world, when you get rid of you sin you'll get rid reincarnated, so that must be the goal. let's go with your analogy you get an alcoholic get him to drink so much alcohol he starts to hate it.
Maybe, but I doubt it would work that way. The more addicted a person is to their vice the more they crave it. Usually it is a consequence of the vice (destruction of their liver, obesity to the point that they are bedridden) that might cause them to stop. Since they're spirits I doubt they're taken physical damage in "gang rape" hell.
Even in the comic itself, the MC in his previous life in hell was such a sexual deviant that he enslaved the gang rape demons. Which is another reason it'd be stupid to punish sexual deviants that way. They'd be the most capable of weaponizing it against their captors.
But I really don't want to deeply analysis it. It was more of just a joke about how that it would be a bad idea.

Well I figured that yeah some of the deviants were like the mc, but don't forget there r probably rapists in there who would hate getting raped themselves, so it probably works better on them getting a taste of their own medicine.

Wouldn't "abstinence" hell be more fitting? A place where you can look, but never touch. Not even yourself.
