rene is the comment section already gave the raws and it works. However, my assumption that people can't see the picture because of the region lock. My suggestion and how it worked for me is that : change your internet address IP to Japan by using any VPN. Link :

No, any VPN should work, I'm using SoftEther VPN

Use TunnelBear, it's perfect for people who barely use VPN since the free version lets you use 500mg per month and has many country options, including Japan.

I just checked again. it still works with my VPN. Did you check on google if your IP location is in Japan? Maybe your VPN is very slow, that why they can't load?
