I believe that Woochan was the only one who saw the memory of their past life because that pendant belongs to him. Whereas the other pendant belongs to Minjae, so he will be the only one to see the memories that pendant gives off.

i dont understand why minjae doesnt see the visions like woochan like??? aint he part of the main plot too wth
