In Korea, it’s common for Male office workers to go to “hostesses clubs” in which they speak about contracts. The girls there do some sexual favours to the customers. And so in order to come to an agreement, corporate workers can pay to each other some of these girls services.
By the way this is why this kind of enterprises are male dominated : it’s not convenient to have female managers because they can’t go to these clubs.
