They let you drink sprite at 4? Never let small children drink carbonated drinks
I wasn't allowed to drink carbonated drinks until I was 7. My parents only let me eat mixed milo/ovaltine & powdered milk with a spoon. It was good but gets stuck on the roof of my mouth.
Well in general carbonated drinks should be allowed after 14-15 (especially these with caffeine). We had also Ovaltine - type products to add to milk (liquid though )
