I mean, Jihyun tried to rape Chiwoo, isolated him from other people, stalked him, beat up his friend, then tried to take it even further and cripple his friend and is an all around abusive toxic person to Chiwoo. knowing why someone does things doesnt justify their actions or make them an ok person. I agree that its nice to get difference perspectives but Chiwoo deserves so much better than being with Jihyun. Knowing Jihyun's past does not absolve him of his present. also he was an asshole in the past too, so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Completely agree! The flashback just tells me Jihyun was a horrible friend and a toxic and manipulative person from the beginning.
He didn't "try" to rape him. He actually did rape him. That is why Chiwoo always feels like throwing up and trembles whenever he touches him.
I'm like so conflicted rn, like I love the story it gives so many sides and pov of each character but oh.my.god it makes it so hard to want either kyujin and chiwoo to get tgt or jihyun and chiwoo like urghhhh (*plot twist jihyun and kyujin ends up together :0)
