There's infact the question about Beatrice's soul whereabouts. If the true Raeliana is inside Beatrice's body and the FL is inside Raeliana's, then where's the real Beatrice?
We also don't know who killed the FL. I'm pretty sure there's a connection between the killer and this whole souls matter, but I don't have any proof.
Now I'm almost totally convinced that Beatrice has the old Raeliana's soul in herself. Her expression, her character, her interest in black magic, she's too different from the book.
Even thought the events have changed because of Raeliana's survival, people shouldn't change unless something happens off camera.
