I feel you , I’m actually partially tongue tied as well. However I did get with a guy when I was younger and his tongue was actually really good. We spent hours (horny teens) making out. It wasn’t aggressive it was a give and take, tease and retreat kind of thing, (don’t really know how to explain it).
