*SPOILERS* ooooo you've p much nailed a lot of it. There are parts here that are off from what i've heard of the plot (granted, manwha could change things up bc that's always a possibility) but that last paragraph is definitely... ;)

Okay so my theory goes like this... The current Raeliana is actually Beatrice who was Eunha in her past life, but before that she was Beatrice and she and Noah fell in love. I say the book is kind of like a crystal ball ( thank you OUAT for inspiration ) of sorts. It showed Eunha what will happen if she let's the book run it's course. I think that maybe she is to be reincarnated again as Beatrice to possibly try and save Raeliana, but something goes wrong and she is reincarnated in Raeliana's body instead. I think that the real Raeliana turned to black magic so she wouldn't die again. Possibly after she died she was reincarnated in the real world and read the same book that Eunha did and maybe she remembered being Raeliana and dying by the hands of her betrothed(?) I don't know it's anyone guess. She switches bodies with Beatrice so that she dies and Raeliana will meet Noah and seduce him into falling for her instead of Beatrice.
I'm only saying that the real Raeliana and Beatrice are from the same world is because they are both collapsing in the book world and His Holiness said something along the lines that Raeliana ( Beatrice ) isn't from this world so her soul is having a hard time adjusting to the body. Could possibly foreshadowing that Raeliana ( Beatrice ) is in the wrong body and that is why her soul can't adjust.
Anyway that's all I've got for now. I'm more then likely wrong, but it's always fun to theorize ^.^
