Oh my gosh the recent raws y'all.

[SPOILER]

No wonder Wooyeon is so traumatized seeing sick people. He watched his former lover get sicker and sicker and every day until he looks more like a living corpse than a living person.

For the record, I have repeatedly seen/heard very sick people in movies/books/etc. sometimes get hyperbolically describe as looking so horrible that their appearance is akin to that of a corpse. (Look, I fear that this may start an argument and I really don't want that so let me just be clear about the part. It really felt like you were telling me I was being insensitive when I was clearly just describing him "dramatically?" or "hyperbolically?".)

["Wooyeon is traumatised by seeing sick people"?]

There were two particular instances where Wooyeon displayed such a behavior:
    1. Chapter 21, Pages 13 to 15.
    2. Chapter 33, Pages 18 to 24.

[The partner, may have been the guy we saw with him in a flashback?]

Yes, the one with the red hair.

No, that's neither overdramatic nor tactless. It is simply a fact. My aunt died of bone cancer and that's exactly what she ended up looking like ... a corpse. I think that's the best way to describe it.

My grandfather as well. He had liver cancer and he became really thin and his complexion also became "sick-looking".

Yeah ... A living skeleton would be even more appropriate. That's just what this shit does to a person. I just didn't want to say it so harsh up there. But that's just it. Cancer sucks. Sucks the life out of the people you love right in front of your eyes ...

Yeah, at least my grandpa lived 4 years longer than what the doctor predicted his life span would've have been.

After all, a little bit of positivity in this shit. Time to say goodbye, maybe for a bucket list etc. Hopefully without too much pain.

My aunt had two false diagnoses and when she knew what was really going on, it happened very quickly ... within a few weeks.

Oh my, within a few weeks? That's so sad. Why did it come to that? Was it the doctor's fault or something else?

Oh geez, I haven’t been online so my feedback is delayed. Sorry dear.
Well yeah, we think it was kind of the doctors fault. Because of the misdiagnosis. She had back pain in the first place and went to the doctor. They said it had to be repositioned. No sooner said than done. Didn't get better, of course. On the contrary. Then they called it osteoporosis. Which would have already been outrageous as a misdiagnosis, since one should certainly not bend the bones with that. Later, it was then stated: bone cancer! And that was it after all. For good. Thus, valuable time was lost, which might have been important for the treatment. We don't know for sure. In any case, it went very quickly and considering her immense suffering, we were quite relieved about it in retrospect.

Oh geez, that sucks. Truly a time wasted indeed. My grandfather's liver cancer was already stage 4 when it was discovered so there was pretty much nothing we could do. He was given about 2 or 3 more years to live, but he survived for about 6 more years before he became too weak and became bedridden until his death.

So yeah, bone cancer is pretty nasty so at least she didn't have to suffer for a long time. Thank you for sharing your story.

Wow, six years is really enormous. Kind of a miracle, I'd say. At least some comfort such hard times.
