I think the flow is actually pretty good. The bullying was sorta understandable since it was a misunderstanding and such, but the wolf guy is not actually a bad person or bully. He needs time to soften and get close. And the events made it so that they come closer to one another, learn about another and find interest. Not to forget that they are also attracted to each other since they are demons and have pheromones whatever :D so the pace is not too slow to make one frustrated and bored or too fast to make one confused about what’s going on,I believe :D
Yeah I see what you're saying. If it weren't for all the past interactions, especially the lost animal, they wouldn't be suddenly interested in each other.

This is cute but...when did they ever start showing romantic interest in each other?? I mean..this comic has been pretty inconsistent so far. First it was the bullying, then the lost animal, now "romance"....I just hope it can get on track now. (=・ω・=)
