
In some Asian countries yes, as well in some American states, there are 24/25 states in the USA that actually allow first cousin marriages and it's legal in Mexico and throughout parts of Canada...it just depends on your culture...in North and South Korea, the Philippines, Taiwan and China cousin marriages are legally prohibited which means it's not allowed

Also many religions allow it as well...in many parts of the Hebrew faith, maintly the bible, there are many examples of cousin marriages, and the Islamic faith doesn't have any restrictions on it either....Hinduism does have restrictions and prohibits it specifically....as in there are specific guidelines to follow...it's weird
