The fact that there isn't much back story to it; explaining in detail what they did, is the problem. She could say that they tormented her but that could also be interpreted as them just playing around.
Ultimately, they took care of her til she was 27 years old. She spent more time when them than the ones who adopted her and brought her to the house. They provided for her, gave her her needs and found a marriage partner for her. They even prepared for her wedding. The 2nd one volunteered to walk her in the aisle in place of their dead parents. If they really wanted to hurt her, they could've just kicked her out to the streets when all was settled after the parents died. And yet, they didn't.
I agree with what you said, but I still believe the mc getting way too much shit than deserved considering the number of unanswered questions we have on what exactly the tormenting is...and what intentions the brothers they had throughout her previous timeline. Idk for me it would seem weird if the mc would just put aside everything and act all buddy buddy with her brother which she clearly disliked in the previous timeline
Read my second paragraph in my reply to your above post, again. They 'took care' of her is the MINIMUM expectation that siblings should have towards one another, especially after they *obviously* tormented her to such extremes, as I very clearly outlined in the aforementioned post, and, especially, when they obviously only did those duties because of their PARENTS not her and not to make things better for her by any stretch of the imagination. Teal Dear: they should not expect congratulations for performing to the minimal requirements of their duties as family when they were only using it as a blunt edged weapon to beat their sister over the head with anyways . Spending time with an abuser is far worse than the time you spent with comparably good people for only a short moment of time also obviously. First off, no. I'm sorry to be rude but saying because they didn't throw her out and took care of her means jackshit. Just because an abusive parent feeds you and takes care of you doesn't excuse the fact they abused you. Literally after being tripped she said that the it wasn't that bad compared to the stuff they would do in the future, which means that it was physical. She also mentioned being afraid of the dog to the point that she would "quiver in fear". Just because she it hasn't been described in detail doesn't mean that it did happen nor does it excuse the brothers (the old ones at least).
idk why the mc is getting so much hate... her bRoTHerS tormented her for YEARS and people expect her to be a saint? That seems unrealistic to me, we don't even know what the extent of the bullying was... but judging from the chapters it does seems like it more than CHiLdisH pranks.
