Her parents probably take him to different hospital in other city, that’s why MC was not able to meet him and the hospital said he is discharged.

Probably because he wanted or was allowed to go out for the last time when his diagnosed having only couple days before death.
I remember my brother-in-law asked to eat an instant noodle as his last wish when he was in the hospital after waking up from his comatose. He pass away 1 month after that.
