Why wouldn't it be healthy? I'm sure it'd work out if they talk things out besides who cares if their parents would remarried or not. They are not blood related and it's not like they're going to live with their parents as siblings.
The main problem is the country they live in. In Korea, the family, blood-related or not, it´s a very big deal. If it were in my country you could marry whoever the f..k you want...
