I guess the scamming part will be the monetary compensation. I mean he avoided his answer about the amount so he must have planned to rip him off this way. But since the seme didn't sign any contract with a fixed amount of money, it is not bound by law. So seme can just walk away any time he wants.
1. Mr. Ahn needs to be shown falling first for the juicy angst and pining it would create.
2. He is a good teacher though??!! Like his friends are ragging on him be he isn't just having sex with the dude. He is also always checking in and asking for consent. Constantly thinking about if he is pushing too far since he seems to know that he has "power" since he is a teacher (like how he let his student jerk himself off instead of giving him a hand.) It is unconventional but it is working and his student is improving. Thus he isn't scamming the guy.
