Everyone have different needs. Every fictions have qualities and defaults, being rapey is a default but to some people, it won't matter in their appreciation of the story. For me it makes the story unreable. I'm not entertained by those stories at all. But I'm probably enjoying reading manga that other people hate. You can't put a reason on that

And I'll say it again, I love this manga. I read a lot of hentai, and there's not really many where the guy always goes down on the girl almost 100% of the time. Nor are there many in which the male makes the female orgasm a priority. (And, it they do, it's usually some kind of creepy-ass torture with tentacles.)
