I actually had some neighbours Wwho chased stray cats away and who were pretty angry at anybody who have food to them.
In the end there were no more stray cats around our neighborhood. Then the rats made their appearance. Hello neighbours (︶︿︶)＝凸
Anyway, it is not good to give food to them, if you want to help stray cats take one home, there are also oganizations neutering them, but giving them free food will just make them breed and become a bunch of hungry cats.
we have adopted one that was dumped 2 years ago in my area i have also adopted many other animals over the years and honestly to me i would rather feed a homeless family less animal over letting it starve and my house is even equipped with a cat shelter outside for any of the other local strays and lets face it i would rather have strays around and no rats than no cats and lots of rats and let me tell you the rats in my area are damned near as big as some peoples DOGS
honestly up till about a decade ago i was the person who chased stray cats away from my house however about a decade ago i started living with a friend and her parents due to my health taking a huge hit and at the time i did not realize they had a cat and that cat got attached to me fast fast forward roughly 8 months their original cat KITTY died and we adopted a new cat JILLIAN who sadly passed last year but it was Kitty and my Jillian that made me into a full blown cat person who even makes cat towers and other feline toys now so for me seeing another Manga about cats somehow cheers me up
