I know Lloyd at least wouldn't do that, since he showed interest+jealousy before Alto turned into a woman. I don't THINK Lune's personality would let him lose interest after/if Alto turns back... but he didn't really show any solid interest beforehand like Lloyd so I can't say for sure heh.
I wonder if there was a target demographic for this? I know straight sex would turn away alot of closeminded fujoshi, but this is pretty much a yaoi?
