It's not a smut like this one, but I really recommend the manga Boku Girl! It's one of my favorites and the love interest loves the MC as both genders too (although he's definitely conflicted at first).
Finally a gender change where they love both genders! <3 I love it! I've only read one other manga where they love both genders. (=・ω・=)
