well for your number 2 jannete would have to be close with Claude because he may kill her if she mentioned the princess now. but I understand she is selfish looking at how she wants to be lived without a care for others.
Yeah, I thought about that, but so far he hasn't killed anyone else that's mentioned Athy to him. He may get angry, but I think the chances of Claude actually killing her would be slim to none. I imagine the worst he would do at this point is stop meeting with her which is clearly something she does not want happening.
That's really annoying. Jennette says she wants to act as a mediator for Claude and Athy, but
1) I know for a fact that if she had to choose between staying by Claude's side and having him finally recognise her as his daughter or help Athy mend her relationship with Claude, then she'd definitely choose Claude and her own happiness.
2) Not once has she mentioned Athy to Claude or just asked him how he felt about her at that point because she's too busy trying to win him over.
