Don't forget at that time he kissed him that time to test Saegye but once that was over he probably kissed Han again to return him his lying ability. Which is why when it was revealed to Saegye that Jinsol was lying and about him being a false he had the F mark on his tongue at that time.
So when Jinsol kissed Saegye he got his dare ability while Saegye now has the ability to only lie. That would make the most sense to me because now that everyone os becoming suspicious now that the truth that people can lie the police will be opening up recent cases if there was any possible lying done. That could cause Jinsol to be in deep shit because people would know that he killed his father and then lied about it. So he needs to do something to prevent that from happening.
