so when they were younger, collins would bully her since she was inferior (either in personality as a nobility or as in their family's rank) but since (idk how or why ) chloe married the duke, her rank is now more higher than collins. which something collins doesn't want (cause she might have an inferiority complex...?) lol idk anymore
